New website launched to improve service to international customers
We are proud to launch our new website which has been designed and developed to ensure ease of use for UK and international customers on desktop, mobile and tablet.
It marks a significant investment into the business to ensure we continue to provide the best support to commercial growers and keen amateur and hobby gardeners looking for specialist equipment.
The website is available in English and seven other languages – French, German, Dutch, Italian, Spanish, Greek and Polish.
This reflects the expanding international customer base of our business, as we now supply to more than 40 countries worldwide through specialist partner distributors.

“Sadly that excellent level of customer service was not appropriately matched by the quality of our old website, which simply didn’t reflect our position in the market and our outstanding reputation.
